What you do if you are unable to sleep at nights?

 


Bedtime fears


 


You must have see kids who feel scared or worried at their bed time. The fears like being afraid of the dark or being alone never let them fall asleep.  These fears usually fade when you grow old. You may look around your room for the things that makes you feel good and relaxed from your bed. If you don’t feel and look for the same then make sure you add them to erase all the fears. For example you can add some family photos to make you happy and relaxed.


 


Why feel insomnia?


 


Worries and stress makes you feel like awake for the whole night. If you are worried much about the things then it could never let you fall asleep peacefully. Moreover, it’s very easy to feel stressed at schools, at office or your personal chores around your home or office. Try to speak more if you feel overwhelmed and share your problem with your parents or friends, they can help you by putting some balance in your life by adding some activities in your free time or try to make you happy at times.


 


Why nightmares?


 


If you are afraid of some scary dream then it is very hard to fall asleep. It could be the fear of nightmares that make keep you awake and you feel them too real. Ask you mom dad to sleep with you and avoid talking about ghosts at night before bedtime. Try thinking about good thoughts like think about your favorite place you want to visit or start reading a peaceful book. Some people start reading or studying when they unknowingly feel sleepy in between. A soothing music can help you in having a sound sleep.


 


Changes in life


 


Life is full of ups and downs and when you come across with some major changes in your life then it affects the ability to sleep more peacefully. If you feel safe then you may fall asleep otherwise if would add discomfort to your sleeping habits. Hence, add some objects while you sleep like your favorite teddy or your pillow and blanket of your favorite color and shape.

Due to many people getting insomnia, a lot of research has been done to overcome this and there are some tips to overcome all the bad sleeping habits


 


  • Write a daily routine diary of a journal before you go to bed to sleep. It will help you in having a clear idea beyond any stress and worry. The brain that was fully crowded with strains could be emptied with good or bad ideas coming out through yurt writings.

  • Use dim light at night if you are afraid of sleeping in dark and also avoid sleeping with your lovable pet since it could awake you for the whole night Cryo banks with some noise.

  • Never drink coffee or caffeine beverages like soda or iced tea. It will make you awake till late night since caffeine is stimulant which keeps you awake.
