 1.      Bellagio Fountains


Built on a man-made lake in front of the Bellagio Hotel, Las Vegas which covers an area of about eight acres, Bellagio Fountains are one of the largest fountains in the world. This magnificent fountain is featured with performances set to music and lights. A water show is set to follow different music, including hit numbers such as “Fly Me to the Moon”, “Time to Say Goodbye” and “My Heart Will Go On” etc. the fountains have more than 1000 nozzles which together with almost 4000 lights, make staging of the musical water show possible.


2. The Fountain of Wealth


Covering the area of almost 55,219 sq. ft., this captivating fountain is ranked as the world’s largest fountain. The Fountain of Wealth is situated in the Suntec City, Singapore. You can enjoy witnessing laser performances and song dedications every night. Besides symbolizing the life and wealth, it also symbolically represents spiritual unity and unity and harmony among all the races living in Singapore.


3. The Archibald Fountain


Situated in Hyde Park North, Sydney, the Archibald Fountain is named after the person who contributed a lot to get it built, J. K. Archibald. It was designed by a French sculptor Francois Sicard and intended to commemorate the French-Australian association during the First World War. Depiction of a bronze Apollo and other mythical figures and water-sprouting dolphins, tortoises and horses’ heads are enough to earn a place for this amazing fountain in the list of top five most spectacular fountains in the world.


4. Swarovski Fountain


This spectacular and brilliantly designed piece of art is located in the Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Innsbruck, Austria. The museum and the park were designed by Andre Heller, Brian Eno, Susanne Schmogner and Studio Azurr and its construction was completed in the year 1995. It depicts an Alpine Giant which sprouts water from its mouth.


5. Floating Fountains


And last but certainly not the least, the Floating Fountain, Osaka. Usually the fountains sprays water in the air in such a ways that droplets fly. But the Floating Fountain operates in entirely opposite fashion. It is actually carved on water-tap concept and water comes downward from it. Designed by Isamu Noguchi, who also built 9 other floating fountains in Osaka, Japan, is last among the top five most spectacular fountains in the world.
