Peyto Lake is located in Baniff National Park, Canada and  is named after the best guide in the Baniff area , Bill Peyto. This glacier-fed lake,which is at a height of 1,860 meters, recieves crystal clear waters from Peyto Glacier during the summer season. At times, the water also causes a large number of glacial rock flour to flow into the lake which give it a beautiful turquoise color and a wonderful vivacity and shine.
